Women Wellness Festival Returns to KL This October
If your idea of a good weekend involves a yoga mat, a hard conversation you have been putting off, and a room full of people cheering you on, October has something for you. The Women Wellness Festival returns to Kuala Lumpur for its third and biggest edition, and this year it stretches across two full days.
What is on
The festival runs on 3 and 4 October 2026 at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown, from 9am to 6pm each day. More than 50 workshops, talks, panels and hands-on sessions are spread across five zones over two floors, moving between indoor spaces and the open air. Organisers describe it as Malaysia's largest women's wellness gathering, drawing a community of around 2,000, and first-timers, returning festival-goers and men are all welcome.
The programme this year reaches from movement and mindfulness to conversations women do not always get to have out loud, including a first-time focus on financial wellness. Sessions range from Wim Hof breathwork and Qigong to crystals and rage workshops, alongside pet communicators, aging experts and AMANI's Floating Reset, which runs across both days.
Who is on the stage
The festival will be officially launched on 3 October by YB Hannah Yeoh, who returns to officiate for a second consecutive year. The line-up includes squash icon Datuk Nicol David, two-time HYROX world champion Hannah Prescott, fitness master trainer Allisha Azlan, leadership figure Dr. Jillian Yeoh and women's financial advocate Rejina Rahim.
It was built by three founders who each bring a different strength: Diane Chia of Millennia Village, Jesrina Arshad of PurelyB, and Sarah Lian of Supparetreat. "What began as an idea has grown into something women return to year after year," said Arshad. The festival is supported by partners including NOVV, Gentle Therapy, Ren Wellness, MINT Events, Muka Wellness, SECA, The Cranberry Institute and SAGES.
