Clinique Moisture Surge Duo Lands at The Rabbit Hole
Glass skin, the dewy and almost poreless finish that travelled from Korean routines to Malaysian dressing tables, usually asks for a crowded shelf of products. Clinique is trying to bring that down to two.
The brand has paired its Moisture Surge Active Glow Serum with the Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator and is selling them together as a two-step routine. The serum handles gentle exfoliation and brightening, listing hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and AHA on its label, while the 100H hydrator is the long-wear moisturiser the Moisture Surge range is built around. Used in sequence, Clinique says the pair covers hydration, a little resurfacing and glow in one short routine.
What the duo is meant to do
Clinique frames the pairing as an all-in-one hydrating step for fresh, plumped and poreless-looking skin, and says it took its cue from skin-booster treatments rather than a heavier regimen. In plain terms, the serum does the resurfacing and radiance work and the hydrator seals in moisture, so you are layering two products instead of five.
Hydration-led, glass-skin routines have been one of the louder beauty trends in the region, and most brands have answered by adding steps. Clinique's pitch here runs the other way: fewer products, used more deliberately.
If you already reach for acids, the logic will feel familiar. Our look at Farmacy's AHA foam exfoliator covers the same gentle-exfoliation ground, and The Ordinary's Pore Playground is worth reading if pores are your main worry.
A pink takeover at The Rabbit Hole
To introduce the duo, Clinique has taken over The Rabbit Hole and dressed the cafe in the range's signature pink, a pop-up it is calling the Moisture Surge Pink-Verse. It runs from now until 9 November 2026 and is built for photos, with the brand promising things to discover and play with alongside special offers on the range.

Entry looks to be by registration rather than a straight walk-in, with sign-up handled through Clinique's own channels, so check those before you head down.
The takeaway
There is nothing dramatic about a serum and a moisturiser, and that is rather the point. Two products, one short routine, aimed at the glass-skin look without a ten-step commitment. The Rabbit Hole pop-up gives Klang Valley readers somewhere to see and swatch the Moisture Surge duo in person before it closes on 9 November.
