K Fry's Rasa Kick Series Brings a Spicy New Menu
If your idea of a good week involves Korean fried chicken and something sweet to finish, K Fry Urban Korean has built a limited-time menu around exactly that. The homegrown chain has launched its Rasa Kick Series, a short run of bold new flavours, playful desserts and in-store games that lands at all outlets nationwide from 10 August to 30 September 2026.
The headline dish is the K'rispy Gochu Mayo Chicken, golden fried chicken coated in a creamy gochujang mayo that leans sweet and savoury before a mild chilli finish. It comes as Half Chicken from RM42.90 or as boneless Soonsal from RM25.70, both before SST and service charge. It is the one item you do not have to sit down for: the chicken is also on K Fry's own website and on GrabFood, so it can come to you.
Two ways to cool things down
Balancing the heat are two sweet corn creations that stay dine-in only. The Poppin' Sweet Corn Bingsoo, from RM23.80, layers sweet corn and lemon jelly over shaved ice, then finishes with strawberry jam and caramel popcorn for a mix of sweet, tangy and crunchy in one bowl.
The Velvet Sweet Corn Shake, from RM19.90, blends creamy milk, vanilla ice cream and sweet corn, then tops it with whipped cream, a strawberry and cookie crumbs. Both prices are before SST and service charge.
Spend RM80 and there is a game in it for you
There is a reason to make it a proper sit-down. Diners who spend at least RM80 on a single dine-in receipt, including any Coca-Cola product, can join the campaign's rotating challenges for a chance at prizes that run up to a pair of Bose headphones worth RM1,799, along with K Fry merchandise and boneless fried chicken.
The games change through the campaign, so there is a fresh one each time you return. From 10 to 23 August it is 30 Seconds Sketch, a drawing-and-guessing game in pairs. From 24 August to 13 September it becomes Guess the Menu, matching ingredients to menu cards against the clock. From 14 to 30 September it is Spin the Trivia, a wheel-and-question round. Each win earns a Gachapon spin, with a boneless fried chicken up for grabs on the faster rounds at selected outlets.
K Fry is no stranger to a limited-time hook, and neither is the rest of the local dining scene, from NakNak's tropical punch flavours to the Merdeka-themed menus popping up around Kuala Lumpur. What the Rasa Kick Series adds is a reason to linger rather than just order and go.
