Give the Honey Chamomile Jelly a try. This light, fruity treat made with Dilmah’s Chamomile Tea, featuring fun sengkuang pearls was also a masterpiece crafted by Chef Hafiz Iskandar!
And for a dessert with patriotic flair, the Peach Tea Cream Cheese Mousse (infused with Dilmah’s Peach Tea) is smooth, delicate, and topped with colours inspired by our Jalur Gemilang. How cool is that?
There’s also refreshing Cucumber & Tuna Tataki, crispy Prawn Dumplings, and a delightful Green Spirit Petit Gâteau, all putting a modern spin on Malaysian ingredients.
