
To support the lifelong well-being of the skin, KAO Malaysia has announced a campaign titled “Skin Protection, Life Perfection” together with the leading health and beauty retailer, Watsons. The initiative recommends that people in Malaysia begin protecting their skin from early life, because making skin protection a habit promotes lasting confidence and wellness.

The event that began the campaign invited leaders in skincare and the field of public health to join. The conference was opened by Associate Professor ChM. Dr. Noraini from Universiti Malaya, who talked about the importance of starting and sticking to a good skincare routine for lasting benefits to the skin. The next step was when Dr. Lim Ing Kien, Doctor of Medicine, from Ventamin suggested skincare programs specific to age, showing the value of using them at every stage of life.

In this campaign, KAO Malaysia is using Bioré as its main product to highlight “Cleanse”. It contains a step to deal with daily issues to skin like UV rays, heat, and dust. These products provide gentle cleaning and also have strong UV protection, aiming to improve your skin’s strength as time goes on.

Being safe in the sun is important for your overall health and the sake of your self-esteem, argued Mr. Yamazaki Hirobumi, the President of KAO Malaysia. “Our aim in running this campaign is to show Malaysians that good skin care matters and is backed by important ideas about caring for themselves and the environment in line with our plan” they stated.
Watsons Malaysia is using the campaign to offer its customers special deals and support various corporate social responsibility actions. Shoppers have the chance to earn rewards with Bioré products using Watsons’ W Rewards and E-Stamp programs from May until August in 2025. Those who buy RM80 or more of eligible Bioré products at Watsons can claim one PIN for RM25 in their Touch ‘n Go eWallet from the 400 available.

“By doing this, we are clearly lined up with our goal to offer wellness to all,” said Ms. Caryn Loh. By expanding our reach and engaging our customers nationwide, they focus on helping to raise awareness on proactive skin care.
The efforts in this campaign are in line with KAO Malaysia’s dedication to public health. The company started the “Guard Our Future” program to help educate people about dengue, offer products, and clean up areas in Selangor – a place where public health officials have mattered a lot. By joining the introduction, YB Jamaliah Jamaluddin demonstrated the authority’s support for preventive health steps.
The “Skin Protection, Life Perfection” campaign will run until 25 June 2025.
