Dyson has announced a new innovation in the beauty category, which is the Dyson Airwrap Co-anda 2x™ , a multi-styler and hair dryer that is set to be the next revolution in the category, offering faster drying, perfect curls and straighter looks without damaging hair. This next-gen version is fueled by Dyson most potent hair care motor to date the Hyperdymium 2 that delivers twice the air pressure but is compact and easy to handle.
The latest addition to its product family, Airwrap Co-anda 2x ™ builds on the success of the older model by setting out numerous intelligent functionality that takes hair styling to a whole new level by users across the spectrum of hair types. This multi-purpose tool with its 6-in-1 styling features: dry, curl, wave, straighten, smooth, and volumise, would provide salon quality service at the comfort of home.
The new engine is central to the new Airwrap, and it is the re-engineered Hyperdymium 2 motor, which rotates an impressive 150,000 rpm nine times faster than a Formula 1 engine. Nevertheless, it is powerful and silent at the same time, providing powerful and steady airflow to achieve the best styling outcomes. The device is also made smaller and lighter with the innovative design offered by Dyson, which makes it easier to maneuver and enables the user to use it.

One of the standout innovations is the introduction of RFID-enabled attachments, which communicate directly with the device to automatically adjust temperature and airflow settings. When paired with the MyDyson™ app, users can customise their styling with i.d. curl™, a smart feature that automates the curling sequence for consistent, flawless curls.

To maintain hair health, Dyson has equipped the Airwrap 2x™ with a suite of sensors, including glass bead thermistors that measure air temperature 1,000 times per second to prevent heat damage. Other features, like the MEMS pressure sensor and hall sensor, provide maintenance notifications and ensure optimal performance.
Dyson Airwrap Co-anda 2x offers the presentation of the new compact and stylish model in a Dyson designed presentation case and an array of 6 smart attachments to search and style any look. These consist of the 30mm and 40mm Co-anda 2x curling barrels to achieve voluminous loose curls, Anti-snag Loop Brush 2x to achieve smooth resulted looks without snagging and the Round Volumising Brush 2x to add body and shape. Set also includes the AirSmooth 2x 10 attachment that can do sleek very straight styles and the Fast Dryer 2x, which dries hair or pre-styles it in a hurry, doing it so without causing heat damage.
