G-DRAGON x Gentle Monster: Übermensch-Inspired Drop!

-

Are you a fan of G-DRAGON? I mean, who isn’t, right? However, Gentle Monster is on a whole other level by celebrating the release of his album Übermensch by making two custom pieces inspired from the album. Here we have the G-DRAGON x Gentle Monster!

The frame is named after his album, Übermensch and the design is to embody G-DRAGON’s favourite flower, which is the daisy. Though, it’s an interpretation through Gentle Monster’s unique aesthetic. To reflect Gentle Monster’s vision of G-DRAGON’s persona, the temples artistically feature the word Übermensch with lip-shaped tips.

The Eye Cloud frame is has cloud-shaped elements that symbolise the superstar’s boundless and free-spirited journey across various fields. The tips of the frames showcase a daisy motif and even has his signature creative universe’s logo, the Peaceminusone.

This eyewear can be customised with 168 unique charms, all specially designed for G-DRAGON. These charms incorporate his iconic elements, such as representations of his pet cat, smiley-face tattoos and other iconic features that define his identity. Furthermore, adding to this collection is a striking gold hand-shaped package that is inspired by G-DRAGON’s iconic nail art and his creative flair for accessories.

Unfortunately though, both the eyewear and packaging are exclusive and custom-made pieces solely for G-DRAGON only. Meaning, it will not be available for purchase by the general public. Gentle Monster must be a big fan since only he gets to have it! Congratulations to G-DRAGON for coming out with his album!
